Questions

What owners abroad ask.

Can I run it from abroad?

Yes. Bookings, payments and calendars are online, and the dashboard works on your phone wherever you are. Your caretaker or agent gets the check-in details for each stay.

How do guests pay?

By card, transfer or USSD through Paystack, in naira, straight into your Nigerian business account. Guests can also pay by bank transfer and you confirm it.

What does it cost?

The booking site is ₦450,000 to build and ₦40,000 a month to run, invoiced in naira. You see a free preview with your own apartments first.

Will it clash with my Airbnb listing?

No. Your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars sync with the site every 30 minutes, so a night booked in one place is closed in the others.

Do I need a Nigerian company?

To receive card payments through Paystack you need a Nigerian bank account and, for full limits, a registered business. We help you set it up; guests can always pay by transfer meanwhile.
